Jay has many years of experience in providing brand entertainment strategies in Asian markets such as Korea, India, and Vietnam and founded CREATORY to provide content-driven branding strategies and content production services that leverage the massive buying decision influencing power of “micro influencers”.

CREATORY is providing confluence marketing solution for clients in Vietnam by integrating and reorganizing the conflicts of interest between brands, agencies, and influencers. Clients have included, Line, Orion, Perfetti Van Melle, Riots, Samsung and VNG.

Deputy Director

Tang Gia Hai Lam is one of the well-known digital marketers in Vietnam. He started his advertising career at JWT Vietnam and then Leo Burnett Vietnam where he built up his strong base in marketing communications while working with leading clients from both agencies.

He later joined Climax Marketing as Business Director and had a significant contribution in building up Climax as one of the fastest growing and biggest digital agencies in Vietnam.

In early 2017, Lam moved to Buzzmetrics and is now working with agencies and brands in the areas on data, insights and consumer trends in social media.

In addition, Lam has also been working with the AIM Academy since 2013, to develop and manage it’s Digital Platform Management training course and has also worked with AIM Academy to develop the Young Spikes and Young Lions programs in Vietnam.

Phuong Nguyen

AdAsia Holdings

Phuong Nguyen is the Vietnam Country Manager for AdAsia Holdings. Bi manages the company’s offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and has been involved with digital marketing and media since 2011. She has also played key management roles in the both marketing communication and media companies in Vietnam.

She has worked with Time Universal Communications as both the CEO’s Assistant and later a Senior Account Manager; Mediacom Vietnam as Digital Supervisor; and MicroAd Vietnam, where she was the General Manager for the Hanoi office.

Y&R Advertising Indochina

Peter Skalberg is the CEO of Y&R Advertising Indochina with responsibilities for Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. He say’s that “Advertising runs in Skalberg family.” His brother is a Executive Creative Director in an agency and so is his father.

Peter started out in newspapers and then moved to agency side and has worked on some of the most successful multi-national brands in the world. With over 30 years of advertising experience managing offices and global brands his experience is vast covering a wide range of brands and products such as Bel, Coca-Cola, Colgate, Emirates Airlines, Ferrero, Fosters Beer, General Motors, Heineken, Nestle, Nokia and RedBull.

Structured, strategic and with a strong conviction Peter has built Asia as his home for the past 23 years. Having first worked in Vietnam 1994 he returned to Saigon in 2016 and is building the Y&R Indochina Network and the Y&R philosophy of “Resisting the Usual”.
